How do I know my order has been confirmed?

How do I place an order?
Shopping on shoppy.com.mm is easy!
Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
Login to your account.
Make sure you choose your product variations (i.e. sizes and colors for clothes)
For multiple items order, click on 'Add to Cart' on your products, then, check out from your top right cart icon.
For single item order, click on 'Buy Now',
Click 'Place order' on the left side of the web page.
Click on your preferred payment option, and click on 'Pay Now'.
If you see the 'Thank you for your purchase' page, congratulations, your order has been placed!
I haven't received the invoice for my order.

What does ’Preorder’ or ’Forthcoming’ mean?
These products are not yet available for purchase, but you can pre-order them on Shoppy. Any order will be shipped to you on the day of its official release and will reach you within the delivery time mentioned by the seller.

Why my order was cancelled?
There are a few reasons why an order may be cancelled. For instance, sometimes an item is out of stock or was priced incorrectly by the seller. While we encourage all of our sellers to keep their stock and prices updated, occasionally they fall short.
Another reason an order might be cancelled is if the order was not confirmed or our delivery attempts failed more than three times. Shoppy makes it a priority to ensure the safe delivery of your items, so if we cannot confirm the order or if the delivery is consistently not successful, the order will be cancelled and we will refund your money.

How do I cancel my order?
